Section 01

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to purchase, join a break, enter a giveaway or submit a buyback request. By ordering you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

Section 02

Live breaks and break spots

• What you are buying. A break spot is the purchase of a specific, defined share of a sealed product that we open live on stream — for example, all cards of an assigned team from a named box or case. You are buying the cards, not a chance to win. Every spot receives all cards that fall to it under the posted format, including base cards.
• Formats and randomization. The format for each break (pick your team, random team, divisional, hit draft, etc.) is posted before spots are sold. Random assignments are made on stream using a randomizer visible to viewers and are final once announced.
• Fill and start. A break starts when all spots are filled or at the scheduled time, whichever we announce. If a break does not fill, we may extend it, open it as announced, or refund every purchaser for that break in full.
• All sales final. Once a break begins, spot purchases are final and non-refundable. The value of cards pulled varies and is not guaranteed.
• Shipping of hits. Cards are sleeved, packaged and shipped within 14 business days after the break, with tracking emailed to you. We may combine multiple breaks into one shipment where you have asked us to.

Section 03

Sealed product and merch orders

• All prices are in U.S. dollars. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout before you pay; there are no added fees.
• Products are subject to availability. We may cancel or limit an order and will refund any cancelled amount in full.
• Sealed product is sourced from licensed distributors and authorized channels and is guaranteed authentic and factory-sealed when shipped.
• Returns: see our Shipping & Returns page. Unopened sealed product and unworn merch may be returned within 7 days of delivery; opened product and break spots cannot be returned.

Section 04

Giveaways and buyback programs

Giveaways are governed by the official rules posted for each promotion (for example the VIPWATCHES ROLEX1 rules). The ROLEX1 giveaway is hosted and administered by VIPRIPS Charity INC, Boca Raton, FL 33431. No purchase is ever necessary to enter. Buyback requests are governed by the Buyback Program Terms, which supplement these terms.

Section 05

Intellectual property and trademarks

The VIPRIPS, VIPCOINS and VIPWATCHES names, logos, video, photography and site design are owned by VIPRIPS. Manufacturer, league, team and player names (Topps, Panini, Fanatics, Upper Deck, Pokémon, MLB, NFL, NBA, NHL and others) are used only to identify the products we sell. VIPRIPS is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any manufacturer, league, team, player, watch brand or live-stream platform.

Section 06

Acceptable use

Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose, interfere with its security, scrape or copy content for resale, submit false information, enter giveaways more than once or with automated tools, or use purchased product to run unlicensed gambling, raffles or "razzes".

Section 07

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, VIPRIPS disclaims all implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for card market value. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

Section 08

Dispute resolution — please read

Any dispute arising from these terms or a purchase will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You and VIPRIPS waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective or representative action. If 25 or more similar demands are filed by the same or coordinated counsel, they will be batched and resolved in stages. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing support@viprips.com with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out" within 30 days of your first purchase.

Governing law, changes, contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Subject to Section 08, courts located in Broward County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction. We may update these terms; the date above will change when we do, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
