Accessibility Statement

Last updated October 20, 2026. VIPRIPS wants everyone to be able to shop, sign up for alerts and submit buyback requests on viprips.com, including people who use assistive technology. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and keep improving.

Section 01

What we have done

  • A "Skip to content" link at the top of every page for keyboard users.
  • All interactive elements are reachable and operable with a keyboard, with visible focus states.
  • Form fields carry accessible names and required-field markers, and validation errors are shown next to the field.
  • Images that convey information have descriptive alternative text; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
  • The hero video is muted, has a play/pause control, and a "Pause animations" control in the footer stops motion site-wide. We also respect the operating-system "reduce motion" setting.
  • Headings follow a logical order and the page language is declared.
  • We design text and controls to meet WCAG AA color-contrast ratios on our dark theme, and the layout works at 200% zoom and on small screens.

Section 02

Known limitations

  • Checkout, order history and the customer account portal are provided by Shopify. We have no control over their code, but Shopify publishes its own accessibility commitments.
  • Live breaks run on third-party platforms (Whatnot, Fanatics Live, eBay Live, TikTok). Live video on those platforms may not include captions. If you need help following a break or placing an order during a stream, contact us and we will assist.
  • Some product photography provided by manufacturers may have limited alternative text.

Need help or found a barrier?

Email support@viprips.com with the subject "Accessibility" and tell us the page and what went wrong. We aim to respond within 5 business days, will help you complete your purchase or request another way in the meantime, and will fix confirmed issues as quickly as we can.
