Privacy Policy

Section 01

What we collect and why

• Live alerts signup. Name, email address, mobile number, mailing address, the platforms you watch on and your usernames there, shirt size and who referred you. We use this to send the alerts and offers you asked for and to send occasional merch or giveaway items. This data is stored as a customer record in Shopify and synced to our email/SMS provider (Klaviyo).
• Contact form. Name, email address and your message. These are emailed to our support inbox so we can reply. We do not store contact-form messages in a database and we do not add you to a marketing list.
• Buyback requests. Name, email, phone, the platform and username you bought on, details and photos of the items, the break or stream name, purchase date, order reference and your preferred payout method (PayPal email or a note that you prefer ACH). We never collect bank account numbers on this site. Requests are stored in Shopify and in an internal spreadsheet our team uses to make offers; photos are stored with our hosting provider (Vercel).
• Giveaway entries. Name, mobile number and (optionally) email, plus your agreement to the official rules. The ROLEX1 giveaway is hosted by VIPRIPS Charity INC (Boca Raton, FL 33431), which administers entries and winner selection on the terms in the official rules. Used only to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility and contact the winner, unless you separately opt in to marketing. Texting a giveaway keyword to our VIPWATCHES text line also subscribes that number to VIPWATCHES text alerts, which you can stop at any time by replying STOP.
• Shopping cart. The items in your cart are kept in your browser's local storage and in a Shopify cart so you can check out. Payment, billing and shipping details are entered on Shopify's checkout, not on this site.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider (Vercel) receives your IP address, browser type and the pages you request in order to serve the site and keep it secure. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which report aggregate page views and performance without cookies or cross-site identifiers.

Section 02

Cookies and tracking

viprips.com does not set advertising cookies and does not use advertising pixels (such as Meta Pixel or Google Analytics). The only browser storage we use is local storage for your cart and your animation preference. Our fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the font files load. Because we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is nothing to opt out of under state "Do Not Sell or Share" rights, and the Global Privacy Control signal requires no additional action from us.

Section 03

Who we share it with

• Shopify — checkout, payments, order management and customer records.
• Klaviyo — sends our marketing emails and text messages to people who opted in.
• Vercel — hosting, serverless functions, file storage for buyback photos, and cookieless analytics.
• Google — Google Fonts, and a Google Sheets/Apps Script workflow our team uses to review contact messages and buyback requests.
• Shipping carriers and payout providers (for example PayPal) — to deliver orders and pay approved buybacks.
• Law enforcement or regulators — when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights, customers or the public.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in with third parties for their own marketing.

Section 04

Text message (SMS) program

If you opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from VIPRIPS at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time and HELP for help, or email support@viprips.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Section 05

Marketing emails

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribe requests promptly. Order and shipping confirmations are transactional and are sent regardless of your marketing preferences.

Section 06

How long we keep it

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purpose we collected it and as required by law (for example, order and payout records are kept for tax and accounting purposes). Giveaway entry records are kept until the giveaway is closed and any required winner records are complete. You can ask us to delete your marketing profile at any time.

Section 07

Your choices and rights

• Access, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing support@viprips.com with the subject "Privacy Request". We will verify the request and respond within 45 days. Authorized agents may submit requests with proof of authorization.
• Order history and addresses can be viewed and updated in your Shopify customer account.
• Marketing — reply STOP to any text or use the unsubscribe link in any email.
• No discrimination. We will not treat you differently for exercising your privacy rights.

Section 08

Children

Our products and streams are for adults. You must be 18 or older to purchase, enter a giveaway, or submit a buyback request, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, email support@viprips.com and we will delete it.

Section 09

Security

The site is served over HTTPS with a strict Content-Security-Policy and other security headers. Form submissions are validated and rate-limited on our servers, and server credentials are stored as environment variables, never in site code. Payment card data is handled entirely by Shopify (PCI DSS Level 1) and never touches our servers. If we learn of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable state law.
