Watch Buyback Terms

These terms cover the VIPWATCHES watch buyback. They supplement the VIPRIPS Terms of Use.

Buyback requests are handled by Clean Ripz, a third-party partner, not by VIPRIPS. Clean Ripz reviews each request, makes any offer, and issues the payout.

This program buys back watches you purchased on our live streams that have not shipped yet. It is not a consignment or inventory program, and we do not buy collections or watches purchased anywhere else.

Section 01

Who can use it

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • Only Rolex, Omega, Tudor, Grand Seiko, Audemars Piguet, IWC, Breitling or Longines watches are eligible. Watches from any other brand are not bought back. There are no spend tiers for watches.
  • This program buys back watches you purchased on one of our live streams, and nothing else. We do not buy watches purchased anywhere other than our own live streams, we do not buy watches you already owned, and we do not buy collections.
  • This is not a consignment or inventory program. We are not sourcing inventory through it.
  • Only watches that have not yet shipped are eligible, and we may decline any request at our discretion.

Section 02

Eligibility — watches

  • Covers watches purchased in a VIPWATCHES show on eBay Live or Whatnot that have not yet shipped.
  • Eligible brands: Rolex, Omega, Tudor, Grand Seiko, Audemars Piguet, IWC, Breitling or Longines. All other brands are excluded, whatever their value.
  • Once a shipping label has been created for your order, those watches are no longer eligible.

Section 03

How your offer is determined

Your offer is based on the watch's market value at the time we make the offer, not at the time you submit. Offer rates are internal and are not published.

Section 04

Timing

Requests are eligible within 6 hours from the time of the break. Requests made outside that time frame are not eligible.

Section 05

Accepting an offer

You have 6 hours to accept the offer from the time we send it. After that the offer expires.

Section 06

Payment

  • Payouts are sent by our team through PayPal or ACH only, after your request is reviewed and your offer accepted.
  • Never put ACH or wire details on the request form. If you choose ACH, we email you to collect those details securely.
  • We never process payments or store payment information on this site.
  • You are responsible for giving us an accurate payout handle, and we are not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect handle that you provided.

Section 07

General

We may change or end the program at any time; requests already submitted are honoured under the terms in place when they were submitted.
