VIPWATCHES "ROLEX1" Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

  1. Sponsor. VIPRIPS Charity INC, Boca Raton, FL 33431 ("Sponsor"). This giveaway is hosted and administered by VIPRIPS Charity INC. VIPWATCHES is a VIPRIPS brand.
  2. Promotion period. Begins September 15, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ends November 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.
  3. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and contractors of Sponsor and their immediate family or household members are not eligible. This Promotion is open only to new subscribers to Sponsor's VIPWATCHES text line at (833) 892-4942, a new number used for VIPWATCHES only. Persons who were already subscribed to VIPWATCHES text alerts before the start of the Promotion Period are not eligible.
  4. How to enter. Two free ways to enter during the Promotion Period, each worth one (1) entry: (a) submit your first name, last name, and US mobile number using the entry form on this page; or (b) text the keyword ROLEX1 from a US mobile phone to (833) 892-4942 (standard message and data rates may apply; texting is not required to enter). Limit one (1) entry per person and per mobile number for the entire Promotion Period, regardless of method. Duplicate, automated, incomplete, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
  5. Prize. One (1) winner will receive one (1) Rolex Explorer, approximate retail value $9,000. The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes; Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 where required.
  6. Winner selection. One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received on or about November 20, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
  7. Winner notification. The potential winner will be notified by phone at the mobile number provided at entry, with follow-up by text. The potential winner must respond within five (5) days and, within seven (7) days of notification, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release and provide a copy of government-issued photo ID confirming age and residency. Failure to respond or comply, or a finding of ineligibility, results in forfeiture and an alternate winner will be drawn.
  8. Publicity. Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of their first name, last initial, city and state, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation.
  9. General conditions. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or garbled entries, or for technical, network, or carrier failures. Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or acts in violation of these rules. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Rolex SA, eBay, Whatnot, Fanatics, or any wireless carrier.
  10. Privacy. Information submitted on this page is used to administer this giveaway and contact the winner. You will only receive marketing texts or emails if you check the marketing consent box (or text the keyword), and you can reply STOP or unsubscribe at any time.   11. Governing law. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
