VIPCOINS Buyback Terms

Section 01

Who can use it

• You must be 18 or older.
• This program buys back items you purchased on one of our live streams, and nothing else. We do not buy items purchased anywhere other than our own live streams, we do not buy items you already owned, and we do not buy collections.
• This is not a consignment or inventory program. We are not sourcing inventory through it.
• Only items that have not yet shipped are eligible, and we may decline any request at our discretion.

Section 02

How tiers work

Spend is counted per program over the last 12 months. Coins and sports cards are tracked separately. Your tier is confirmed by our team when we review your request.

Section 03

Eligibility — precious metals

• Covers gold, silver and platinum purchased on a VIPCOINS live stream on TikTok or Whatnot.
• Your request must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase, and before the item ships.
• Whichever comes first, the 24-hour mark or the creation of a shipping label, closes the window.

Section 04

How your offer is determined

Your offer is based on the live spot price for that metal at the time you submit your request. Kitco is the price of record, and the captured spot price is verified against Kitco before your offer is confirmed.

Some coins are worth more than their metal. Pre-1933 US gold and Carson City Morgan dollars carry collector value above melt, so they are not bought back at spot. Our team reviews and comps those individually and sends an offer based on the coin itself rather than its weight in metal. The 48-hour offer window still applies.

Your tier is based on your VIPCOINS spend over the last 12 months, and a higher tier earns a higher premium per troy ounce over spot. Your tier applies to the whole request.

Your offer is your weight in troy ounces multiplied by the spot price at submission plus your tier's premium. Premium rates are internal and are not published.

Section 05

Timing

We review every request and send you an offer within 48 hours of submission.

For precious metals, the spot price used is the one captured when you submitted, not when we respond, so spot moving between those two points does not change your offer.

Section 06

Accepting an offer

Offers are valid for 24 hours from the time we send them. If you do not accept within that window the offer expires, and you would need to submit a new request, which will be priced fresh at that time.

Section 07

Payment

• Payouts are sent by our team through PayPal or Zelle only, after your request is reviewed and your offer accepted.
• We never process payments or store payment information on this site.
• You are responsible for giving us an accurate payout handle, and we are not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect handle that you provided.

Section 08

General

We may change or end the program at any time; requests already submitted are honoured under the terms in place when they were submitted.
